How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by contacting us via phone or email, or by our online booking tool. 

Is counselling confidential?
Yes, all counselling sessions are confidential and adhere to strict privacy guidelines.

Do you offer a free 15 minute consultation?

Yes absoutley! 

Do you direct bill to insurance companies?

At the moment I direct bill using Telus eClaims. insurance campanies. While many extended benefits do cover seeing a RSW/MSW, if not one of the companies that Telus can bill to it will then be up to you pay in full and then submit the receipt to get a refund.
